As a valued customer we always try to make our clients happy by offering competitive rates and a satisfactory service.

However, with changes in legislation that came in on the 1st June 2019 this has had an immediate and direct effect on us. See link below.

Basically, we were able to give you a reduced commission rate because we were able to make other charges eg. charge for lost keys, admin charges for tenancy changes etc. But with these recent changes, that has now been taken away from us. So reluctantly and with immediate effect, our minimum charges will start from 10% no vat payble.

In over 10 years in business this is the first time we've had to increase our fees.

Our fees are still one of the most competitive in the market and we will do our best to keep improving our services.
